I play on a small monitor, only 800x600 background res. and I have never had any problems before this update. My text is so damn big now its taking up over half of my screen! Any way I can make it smaller? I tried playing with a few settings in the xml. but nothing has worked.

Try the UI scale option. It should be 1, for the regular sized in-game objects. 2 would be double the size, and so on.

Although there was nothing in this update that should have changed it.
