Can anyone confirm that these affect Drain/Aspir? I read the comments on both items, and hairpin says they do, while archon ring says they don't. q.q Please help!

The Hairpin +1 does. Not sure about the ring. It seems SE is changing the wording on element specific MAB. All newer items that have "X element MAB +" in the description actually means "Element Potancy +".

I bet they both work. It's hard to detect a 5% chance in Drain/Aspir without a fairly large sample size. Whoever said they tested it probably just missed it.
