I am trying to use ARA right now, but it wont auto attack. I noticed that the eminent bow has a 720 delay which if i look at other bows seems really high.
Is this the reason its not working?

Are you telling it to start and stop or just engaging?
Auto-RA has a variable delay you set in the settings file. I haven't used it in a long time, but you used to have to configure the delay you need, as it would stop when you tried to shoot again too soon, and you had to manually tell it when to start and stop auto attacking. Ara just works if you hit //ara start and you are engaged.
