Battlemod Help

I have a few questions regarding Battlemod like how do you change filters and colors? Is that done through Windower commands or Notepad+?

The reason I added Battlemod was that I wanted different colored text for buffs wearing off of myself and party/alliance members and enfeebles wearing off of mobs. How would I do that?

I'd like this to happen in-game:

Silversean casts Refresh II
Silversean gains the effect of Refresh II
Silversean's Refresh effect wore off

Silversean cast Paralyze II on Kirin
Kirin gains the effect of Paralyze II
Kirin is no longer paralyzed

The bolded lines are the ones I want colored differently.
