Plasm is better because outside the drop rate is lame and even inside its just one slot gear drop.

You mean doing a full shark delve run?

Yes, the diference in plasm between a win and fodder/nq nm farm is too high that cover a lot of failed run you take till you get used to it.

But nowaday the win rate is pretty high.

For foret we're currently running thf, cor, geo, brd, whm, sch. You could probably take most whatever jobs you want to clear this. Just have some form of thunder damage and a stun for the megaboss.

Don't forget you can exchange copper AMAN vouchers for 1000 plasm. You can also eat delve shards for small amounts of plasm. It would take a long time to get 150k doing either of those, though.
