At first glance:

-Didn't include the ammo's delay in the TP/hit calculation.
-Included a decimal for the incorrect calculation of TP per hit (the whole point of the switch to the 1000 system over the 100 TP system was to show us the whole thing- it's floored past that. It looks like you didn't use the .09 in subsequent calculations, but it's still silly to even put it there.)
-Added STP to TP/hit rather than multiplied (e.g. 20 STP is 1.2*, not +20 unless you just so happen to have 100/hit as a base)
-Improperly converted skill into accuracy (it's not 1:1)
-Not sure where that +587 to racc even came from

Sure, thanks.. let me try this then:

X=14.5 + [(Delay - 530) * 3.5 / 470]
149 + [(614 - 530) * 3.5 / 470]
149 + 0.63 = 151

TP=X*[1+.01*STP from WS set/trait]
TP=151*1.81=273.31

1k-273.31=726.69/3=242.23 TP/Hit Needed for 4 Hit Build without SAM Roll and 363.35 for 3 Hit build

My Original TP set gives 151*[1+.01*(71+48)]=345.79 TP/Hit
Flowen's TP set gives 151*[1+.01*(35+48)]= 276.33 TP/Hit
"BiS" set gives 151*[1+.01*(62+48)]=317.1 TP/Hit


Will skip original set and do BiS:

Skill 663 =269(from Weapon)+394(from C+ and merits)+15 from Neck
to Raac = 678*.9=610

AGI>Raac is (232)/4 * 3= 174 Racc


Direct Raac from set is 368

610+174+368=1152 + Regal+ /RNG = 1189 Raac total and I didn't add natural Job AGI (not near game to check) but possibly will reach 1250-ish Raac in total.

Could just go out and test various sets for max racc/stp in sets instead of spreadsheeting everything.

no reason not to do proper math on ranged sets. little to no variance and no need to account for TP overflow if spamming Namas. the only two variables that wont' be static are the randomized value if you're not capped on r.atk and any amount of rapid shot.

Master Hume for those who care, but this set is 302 TP/hit, switch to Doji and 318 TP/hit with 1201 racc/1230 rattk without buffs. And all gear is rather easily obtainable.

*Note: Cape is only AGI +20, racc/rattk +20, STP +10
So with an additional 10 racc on cape, and +3 boots you're looking at ~1224 racc/ 1240 rattk.
