thats hard to watch after a take or two. You can see where she suddenly stops. Anything slightly different and she coulda been dead. Im surprised she isnt; or at the very least have internal organ damage.
1st. The actual board being 15 years old according to the news report. The growth of bacteria and body fluids that could enhance her to become septic and the chemicals used on the floor.
2nd. The impaled section of the ABD and to not hit a single organ to rupture to spill bile into the abd cavity is beyond lucky.
Reading the comments here, I expected to see a broken board sticking up in the air and the chick falling on it. I'd hardly call that impaled.
Having played on those type of courts all my life that are twice as old or/and older the randomness of this ever happening is less likely than getting stuck by lightning, twice, in the same spot.

Yeah I have been reading a book series where an alternate timeline occurs in which Dracula is not killed and marries the Queen of England. Figured out why Vlad got his nickname and the process of impaling a person sounds very different from the splinters she took to the gut.
