Permanently Remove Clickbait Cancer Ads From Wiki

I just realized just how much of wiki pages is just clickbait ads which increase load times far more than the actual content of the page. Realizing this really started to bother me, so here's how to remove them.
1. install adblock plus if you haven't already
2. click the adblock item and block element
3. mouse over element you want to block, it will highlight yellow
4. click element while highlighted yellow, highlight turns red and click "add"
