ohbiru-dohbiru doesn't give me the "Toraimarai Turmoil" quest even after zoning. either i'm overlooking something, ffxiclopedia info is incomplete or, which is usually the case, i need to finish all the quests that lead up to "Toraimarai Turmoil" befor ohbiru-dohbiru will trigger this quest and hand me the rihnostery certificate.

Ah ***there's the flaw, pre req quests. Bunch of time waster fetches. Totally missed it in a rush. (never once did em)
