On a GEO alt naturally, not my main with Crocea...
I wouldn't worry, this isn't terribly much higher than augments using NQ stones. (I can't remember if WSD caps at 4 or 5% with NQ stones, but I don't think the combination is impossible either, with NQ stones. Good luck!

I have 15x mules on my account that I took all to 50 inventory via buying items out of this bazaar that sets up next to the Goblin. Getting the last 30 inventory slots on 15x characters by having to run to lower jeuno > mog garden > lower jeuno > mog garden is some ***. mog garden > buy > outbox > (repeat 5x) > lower jeuno
I mean, if this is what people consider inconvenient anymore idk what to tell you. Took me a whole 5 maybe 10 minutes to do this "chore".... Maybe if you had to spam fame also, but even then, people have short memories. ***is a breeze.
I have 3 more characters to spam fame on and get these done for the rest of my XI career, gonna get em done and be done w it.
My advice to you, don't make so many mules.

I got my Valorous hose with Quadruple Attack +3. Dumb question, does that mean +3% ? If not, then what exactly is the +3 ? Thanks!

Thinking about it, it maybe more beneficial by item since you perform the augs by item.

It's only really worthwhile for the 70-75 because cilice is way over priced. 200k atm
And you probably don't NEED it unless youre a hoarder.
Protip though, if you give the mule the money, you can send-cancel all 8 so you don't have to go back to your dbox 8 times, just the ah delivery guy in lower J, time saver.
Also, a point for the other argument. Typical annoying extra step for square. You could've easily just given the goblin 100k and they didnt need to make goblin stew... But no, there MUST be the Extra Annoying Step.

Saving time on fame definitely makes it more worthwhile to use stews vs. normal items. Debate is over.

To keep on topic, how rare is refresh? I have never seen it appear in any DM campaign I've taken apart of (3-4).
