Definitely yes for Savage (I think?). But does it beat Bihu +3 for Mordant? Hmmmmmmmm.......
It's basically 14 CHR/35~attack/~30acc vs 7WSD Is this a good augment for like Rdm Nuke set or Seraph/Red Lotus/Sanguine?

The awesome part is really that macc tbh. As crazy as 20mab and 9wsd might look, its just on par with max regular augment (without AGI which is almost impossible to get with highest wsd and mab in the mix) or some really high mab DM augment without wsd. 2 in 1 piece tho since its also bis for Savage.

is this better than just going straight AGI 10 / MAB30~40 for wildfire COR?

You can get 4%WSD and 35mab from regular stones, which would be slightly better. AGI is super hard to get with regular stones, because AGI is not preferred stats to roll on magic path on herculean.

Oseem has been good to me this month:
 * Comparable to what you can get from Fern stones but style points for QA  * Savage Blade/Last Stand upgrade for my COR     * The hands I got from a previous month but all the others were from this month
