I'm not wasting any more time defending her beyond the abstract. I've read through the details, she didn't specifically attack the girl, she stated facts that sought to bring reasonable doubt into the case, and she did attempt to get herself removed from the case several times because she was not comfortable defending the man. I think what she did was wrong, but I also think plea bargains are wrong. I think a lot of things in our legal system are wrong. But there's not a lot that can be done about it. Hillary was appointed against her preference to defend a rapist 40 years ago. Donald Trump is good friends with and defends a sex offender. Multiple sex offenders, really, at this point. And I wasn't talking about this vote, I was talking about the legal system itself.
