I'm Thinkin about de-lvl'ing bone in and taking leather to like 63'ish maybe, long ago I hurd a rumor about this increseing the HQ rate on scorpion harness and im wondering if anyone would be able to give input on as to of how it may be done.

You can't hit tier 3 on SH, it's literally impossible. You'd need 120 BC and 84 Leathercraft to do it.

Best you can do is listen to Thio for a solid tier II.

SH's are not the greatest thing to craft as a 103 bone

Ok, well I have all the HQ gear, including Tanner's mitts and even almost my alchemy wand, I'll stick at 103 .. well let's say 106, I never include synth support when telling someone what level I am.

You need Advance leather support, not Advance BC support.
