Looking For Players To Form Static (EU/US)

I just got back about 2-3 months ago to the game and i'm having a hard time finding parties or events to join because of not being geared well enough.

Any EU (or US) players out there in the same position and would like to create a static group for gearing up and more?

Usually play weekdays 3-4 hours between 19:00 and 23:00 CET.
Weekends usually the whole evening if not all day.
