allthough the specific data isnt listed i was wondering if anyone knew how many cards it takes to upgrade a armor to +1 (essentially from lv109 to 119)

Check the omen page. I think its someting like ~10 for +2 and ~40 for +3.

The cards are used to upgrade Artifact 119 +1 to +2/+3.
