If the legislative branch of the US is bicameral how come it doesn't swing both ways?

These questions need answering.

So the President routinely invites business leaders, both big and small, to a special economic advisory council where they can directly communicate with him their needs and concerns without a politicized media getting involved. Just the President and his aides asking what these C level entities need to hire more Americans and what they think should be done for the economy. Most of these aren't banks or financial entities, they are business's that actually hire Americans, do business in American and are important to the American economy.

The lefts response .... harassment, boycotting and threats. Zero concern for the economy, zero concern for the greater good of the nation, nope it's purely a case of "talking to the enemy! BURN THEM!".

And how are these people not fanatics again...

I am seriously thinking about horning in on this racket.

All you gotta do is say liberals are unfairly boycotting you and your proffits skyrocket.

Those boycotts are especially effective, though. They almost always destroy the businesses that they target.

Speaking of which, I think I'm going to pick up some of that delicious and totally out of business Chick-fil-A.

You can always find an extreme group/person that becomes the object of your attack in order to assign that to everyone. So if you say "those leftists are fanatics who only want harass and threaten" then it becomes "all leftists are fanatics who only want to harass and theaten". That's marginalizing.

Pretending to be marginalized by groups that you are also attempting to marginalize is a trendy tactic.

Chik fil a ultimately ended all of its donations to anti-lgbt organizations. It's not normally about putting a company out of business.

Now, if we can get these businesses that are meeting with Trump to... stop caring about their business needs I guess... then we can stop boycotting them too?

Trump supporters are boycotting Hamilton, Starbucks, Pepsi, Oreos, Netflix, GrubHub, and plenty more. Being overreactive crybabies is a bipartisan issue :)

You missed the point.

Boycotting a product or company you disagree with is perfectly fine and within anyone's 1st amendment rights. In this case it's progressives boycotting business's who communicate directly with the President about making America's economy better. That's beyond stupid and goes well into the religious arena.

One of the business's attending those meetings had such an attack they had to pull out. Even Musk is being attacked by the progressives, while he is directly talking to the President about his immigration policies.


Here we have a chance for non-politicians to directly communicate with and influence the policies of the nation without first having to join a Political Sports team. This is great for the nation as a whole, unless someone believes the socialist / progressive dogma of "no class, no money, no capital, no private ownership".

So lets see who here denounces the actions of their fanatical brothers in arms, who applauds their righteous commitment to "The Struggle" and who gives support in their silence. Curious how similar to radical Islam this has become.
