For some reason you see a lot of goading from conservatives in 2017, especially on here.
Well, after 8 continuous years of being goaded, you honestly think us conservatives are going to not spread the love right back?

Guess what? Expect 4 to 8 more years of this. Your team lost, and it lost badly. Or, in Trump's term, bigly.

Now you get to feel what we felt like the past 8 years. If you don't like it, maybe next time your horse wins, you shouldn't treat others so poorly.

It wasn't anywhere near this bad when Bush II won.

You missed the point.
Then spell it out.

House Intelligence Chair Says He Doesn't Believe Trump Tower Was Wiretapped
Quote:
In Wednesday's news conference, Nunes, a Republican from California, added: "President Obama wouldn't physically go over and wiretap Trump Tower. So now you have to decide, as I mentioned to [the press] last week, are you going to take the tweets literally? And if you are then clearly the president was wrong. But if you're not going to take the tweets literally and there is a concern that the president has about other people, other surveillance activities looking at him and his associates — either appropriately or inappropriately — we want to find that out."
So that's where that comes from. The talking point was issued this morning.

Looks like they are turning up the pressure on the WH to produce evidence or retract, going as far as to put a hold on an AG confirmation.

Conservatives: stop behaving like this pettiness and goading is in any way not exactly like the same behavior you condemned about the liberals' execution. You can choose petty goading or you can choose to be above it, you can't choose both.
No, cause after 8 years, it's our turn to shine.

Josiahkf said: »
Progressives: Stop behaving in the same overdramatic manner (that you criticized Fox News for doing) towards every little thing the president does. He will always behave the way he does and you are wasting your time.
That will never happen. Cause, you know, us conservatives were hypersensitive during the Obama years. Got to let them have their tantrums, they let us have ours.

The "talking point" is older than that. Almost immediately after the Tweet was made there was speculation that the comment extended to any inappropriate monitoring. Narrowing the potential wrongdoing to just phone tapping would miss the point of the comment completely.

Good luck making Trump retract.

He will retract when the media retracts all of those hit pieces against him. Or the outright slander.

That's understandable seeing you just had 96 straight months of losing right? It's all about pacing so you can handle winning and losing so extensively.

By time you are an old man you'll have seen so much more winning and losing that you'll probably have more than enough political stamina

96 months of losing? I guess if you only mean the presidency. Republicans have been winning a lot more than that in the last 96 months....

To be fair, it was 24 months of losing, coupled with 24 months of intense bickering, 24 months of whacking each other off, and 24 months of winning.

Now we are bigly winning.

While the federal government is a grand prize, the real power is the state and local levels.

We can pass an Article V amendment that kicks all Canadians whose name starts with a Josi off the island off the continent and be done with it. Or any Canadians out of their element.

So your reasoning is childish then? You did it to us so we will do it to you! Well at least you've proved the point that republicans are just as shitty as you claim democrats are lol... kinda hard to take any form of high ground after saying something like this...

Not only that but it seems like you've forgotten how shitty the pubs treated obama throughout his tenure... the first however long of his presidency was riddled with the birther movement lol...

Though KN the more you post the more it seems like you paint yourself as this well to do guy but you're still so *** bitter about all this ***because you get lumped in with a group somewhere along the line and called a racist or a sexist not directly but rather inderectly and I don't get why that makes you think you're some kind of victim..

That's the sad part about all of this though... for all the times trump has said he'd bring everyone together he only seems to be contributing to pushing us even farther apart... it's pretty evident by the whole your team my team mentality we all seem to have...

Trump specifically mentions a phone "tapp". It's not speculation, it's spinning. Trump routinely uses quotes for emphasis so the excuse that he's not talking literally (as opposed to metaphorical tweets?) is hollow.

A) Point to me saying that Republicans are saints and/or not capable of being petty little beings and/or above it all.

B) At the very least, Republicans in Congress isn't goading it up like Democrats did from 2009-2010 (until they lost the midterms).

And they were rightly called out for it by the MSM. Now, if only the MSM will call out the pettiness that's happening on the liberal side.....

Oh wait, they are with them in the pettiness.

Sounds personal.

And, here I was hoping that you at least changed for the better. Well, I should know not to get my hopes up.

It's hard to come together when one side is constantly having a hissy fit. Last time it was the Republicans, now it's the liberals/democrats.

Exit polls, and we all know about those from 2016, show that Mark Rutte of the Dutch VVD party has 'comprehensively' beaten the far-right PVV party led by Geert Wilders.

Does the push-back against populist politics start here?

The French election is around the corner too. Le Pen being defeated could really turn the tide in Europe.
