Timers Plugin Buff Duration Errors

I've been experiencing improper time remaining displays for buffs on myself and party members when I cast buffs with Perpetuance and Composure. Sometimes they display properly, then they'll randomly display with default durations, not accounting for Perpetuance/Composure/duration+ gear. Is anyone else experiencing this? If anyone knows of a fix or can offer any insight as to why this may be happening I'd greatly appreciate it.
