I was looking for a way to contact the Admin of this website but couldnt find it so ill try it with a post.

At the start of Februari 2008 i switched server from Shiva to Asura.
Problem was that i forgot my password on FFXIAH.com and i couldnt retrieve the password anymore, the website said something about problems for hotmail users.
So i made a new account under my new email address. (went from Hotmail to Live)

In the start of Juli 2008 i switched back from Asura to Shiva.
Problem is now that i cant login the Shiva account.
What i wanna ask is if FFXIAH.com can delete my old verifyed account on Shiva and Asura (this one) so i can make a new account and verify again on Shiva.

Hope this can be done.

he will probably just reset your password and have you put something on ah for a set price to verify its you. easier that way i think.

I believe that verifying a previously verified character removes it from the FFXIAH.com account it was originally verified on and adds it to the new account.

have you tried logging in to your new FFXIAH account, selecting the Shiva character under your "Verify Character" link, and then going through the automated buy-a-crystal process? If that works you don't even need the password for your old account, it can just go stagnant.
