ffxi keeps disconnecting on my laptop when i'm at home, but it's fine when i'm at my friends' houses. clearly it's some kind of setting, and i'm sure it's an easy fix, but i'm not the best at technology. please assist.

i guess i could've specified all my other devices connect fine at home, as well as for other programs on my laptop. it must just be my laptop not allowing ffxi to run for some reason.
