Don't get me wrong, I respect Chaochao, but that wasn't the infamous orange nazi. The ON was an elvaan female that would sit on the steps/ramp close to Calvaray Way in South Sandy. She sold orange and the windurst tea leaves too.
I forget who the person in Upper Jeuno on top of the stairs near the chocos was. They lasted a ... decade?
