That's what the vana'clock is Permanent 10% exp/cp Mogarden rearing too! 5~6% moar Was referring to the 50% boost ring, not a peasly 10%.
For better or worse it seems to be a lot easier to just make new items rather than adjustments to existing ones for fear of breaking something.
