Easiest way to understand is to look at the
item sets here, and copy and paste all of this part:

input /equip ear2 "Brutal Earring";
input /equip body "Mirage Jubbah";
input /equip ring1 "Flame Ring";

Excluding the weapons and /ra and stick it all in a text file. What you call it is up to you, but since what I just posted is my tp build, I'd call it tp.txt.
Then in your regular FFXI macro, everywhere you want to swap into that gear you type /con exec tp.txt
You can also put in wait commands into a windower macro ("wait 3" rather than "input /wait 3") and they can be as long as you want. Personally I just use them for gear swaps alone though, (and the occasional enhancing/curing magic skill-up botting) so that's not overly relevant.
I also have a couple of gear swaps that I don't put inside a macro in FFXI at all, since I don't use them often, and just type "/con exec file.txt" when I need it, and in those instances you can actually delete the file extension, but you'll have to tell your computer that you want to open it in notepad any time you want to edit it.
I really can't think of anything else you need to know, it's pretty simple really.
