I noticed that you can't create characters on Odin since it is over-populated, but could someone that has a character on Odin already make another character on Odin?

Nope. Bahamut is closed as well and we cannot make new mules.

Aye, only way you're getting on Odin is to buy an account. But hey, at least you still get a free transfer out (I think).

Edit: And yes it's a bummer, I had no real need for mules before the server was closed, but damn I wish I had 1 or 2 now.
