Every new synth this year and relic upgrades involve those mats. SE is flooding the markets by making events at this frequency.

No complaints here cause plasma is a great currency to farm and hold onto until needed.

That was evident by the "pop-up-in-the-middle-of-the-night CP event". Stock up now for REMA weapons coming in a few days, they are practically warning you to get ready.
