Returning Player Needs Warrior Advice

I forgot almost everything. I just got war 99 and 119 basic gear. I dont remember whats the thing that makes our WS go big on numbers. I think its unlocking Walk of Echoes WS, and i want to focus on it if it is. But it could also be something else so i would like someone who help me remember what changes your ws from doing 2k as a fresh 99 to 10-20k.

Afterglow/R15 Relic/Mythic/Emp/Ergon and Ambuscade +2 gear with job specific gear will do it.
