See he can arguably make a claim on the 45 people being in the various committees, but he cant prove they get the same amount of time to question the witnesses or call witnesses of their own.
Why? Because this thing is all done behind closed doors, he can only point to the statements of the guy running it who made up his own fantasy version of the call transcript and tried to present it as evidence during a committee hearing. He also spent 2 years crying that he had irrefutable evidence that Trump colluded with Russia, which never ended up being produced.
