Attendance is important.

We seek individuals that play this game for fun. Plenty of us need next to nothing. We need required jobs only to make a rotational support job system. We strive to never make people burnt out doing the same job over and over.

Events are posted for gather and start time. I cannot stress you need to make those hit times. Piss poor planning gets piss poor results.
