Getting stabbed five times in the neck or under arms is still just as bad. Since both places cause massive internal bleeding. And vests don't normally cover either. D:

I think what would hurt the most IRL is simply standing there with 40 people + , doing all kinds of WS on the wall (don't know if you've ever tried hitting a brick wall with a polearm or dagger, but the damage actually goes to YOU), swinging their weapons like psychos, ignoring that there are 40 people squeezed together trying to hit the same spot. Just thinking about the real life damage this would cause if hit detection was realistic between players... think about it next time you hit the fortress our grand children will totally make fun of our "advanced" games that's for sure. I think a Gun + Headshot would be the worst.

I'd say Tachi: Kaiten, slice a person clean in half, or Yukikaze, stab someone in the gut and then they freeze, then the ice explodes onto them lodging shards of rock hard ice into their skin, while they slowly die from their blood thawing out from the WS and they would die a horrible, slow painful death.
Tachi: Kagero would burn you to death!

and considering it's two fold, that means two bites from the shark! Well if we count Npc ones... I'd say Napalm Tomahawk sounds pretty painful
