Sniper+1's are not that expensive anymore! That dilutes the effectiveness of the multiattack on Epona. Sometimes I use a D.Ring though, because a lot of the time my WHM doesn't use Protect. Gear so bad cause you don't pay for wardrobe 3/4?
i know its not my 12.95 but warp ring in the empty ring slot would put you 8 sec ahead of the meta

Not enough fast cast IMHO. Haste takes time to proc, and fast cast makes it happen faster

Wearing a full hat is wrong. This set is wrong therefore.
You put a Ruby Ring in the empty slot and TP in it, dammit!
Ok ok, Sun Ring, Ruby Rings can be kinda pricey
