have added a new stipulation for any and all new members: New Members must arrive with at least 3 insults to Nickelback as well as a minimum of 2 snide comments about Canada or Canadians.
The candidate who provides the most unique and complex insult will be fast-tracked to Sack status. Vermont's maple syrup is far superior to what Canada has ever produced.
