A test showing daifuku +1 vs repast with blaze eclipse fury + crooked chaos. Results are Repast is base attack / def so they are increased by % attack / def buffs.
4875 attack to 4940 is an increase of 65 attack the food says (55 max) adds 3 str also which is 3 base attack.
4875 to 5123 is an increase of 248 attack the food is flat 70 and 10 str.
I would bet any food stat that has a variable stat increase gets tacked on at the end, but any static increase from food, like repast is added on around the same time as gear in the math.
Yea party egg also makes sense that way, it's likely smite+LR multiplying the +5.
(1+ LRmerited + SmiteV)*5 = (1+89/256+76/256) = (1.64453125*5) = 8.22...
If that is the case then it isn't just +attack from food after the other multiplicative bonuses. Flat attack and attack from +STR from food must go in at the beginning as part of the base. Then the %+ portion of food is the only part that adds at the end.
Apologies if this was covered somewhere else, I did a quick google and forum search and didn’t see anything. Most attack buffs are a percentage increase and not a flat increase. Are all of these percent boosts additive or multiplicative or is it a case-by-case basis like true SE fashion? Thanks in advance!
