It appears their goal is to do 9 bosses consistently since they're on that stage 5 grind, and unfortunately, that isn't easy to accomplish if you have to train the new guy. We don’t mind training a new guy but the pace is fast for 9 boss. Thinking about the order of things as your running to the next area
We don’t get to the bosses stand around. We move. That pace isn’t for everyone and that’s fine. We know it will take a handful of runs to get into our groove

Get another alt and tribox much better than trying out Asura players who most likely carried by mercs their whole game.

we could make alot of job combos work. for mage mode we could use SCH COR BLM for HM 9 boss COR RDM PLD BRD lots of flexibility, ideal woudl be someone whos group fell apart of perhaps someone whos timeslot for daily sortie has adjusted |
