FF XI Extended Music Mod?

Hi! So I just recently started playing FF XI after my brother asked me: "How was FFXIV before AAR?" and I love it... but it feels old. That's how I got into modding FFXI with minimap, info bar, gear, etc; and how I found these forums.

Now the thing is, I like the OST of FF11, but the quality and quantity was probably cut because of the internet limitations of the time. So I started modding the music of my game with some tool created back I first entered the internet.

My problem is (and the purpose of this post) there are a lot of zones that doesn't have music, just ambient sounds. Yes I could mod it, but they could overlap with each other or play on another zone. So my question is:

Is there a mod/addon that makes the game play files on those areas?

The windower launcher has an addon called setbgm that will do this.
It will only use ingame tunes.
