The other day a dev on youtube mentioning “eXtreme Go Horse” that suppose brazillian developers have been adopting.

Grandia 1 review.
I played and completed this game before. I already thought the game was very bland either storywise and game-wise back them. Too linear, story like a random shonen story. I kinda like the romance between the protagonists though, i think it was the major point in the story, because everything else is pretty much forgettable  The future seems promising

Ive played both, and I agree that Grandia II improves the first episode in every aspect. Its a great story, overall.   Amusing and sad tale

 I guess this is pure brazillian essence in a nutshell: anarchy, blatantly ignoring techniques (both in art and storytelling), mature content because kids at that age already know better!
 I read part of those mangas when it was released. Only three chapters. And one of them was the very best one in the entire series, so i wasnt aware how trash it was overall.
The chapter i read though, the art and story were many levels above the series average FFT parody!
