They aggro various enemies with the female protag, go prone and crawl around showing the enemies are unable to hit her just from that slow simple movement. I am pretty sure "marxism-leninism" was the term that's being used when USSR's system was being discussed. So if you want to be really specific on USSR or USSR-like system in a discussion, leninism is probably a more accurate term. Those social science terms are mostly invented for academic discussion purpose anyways. Until politicians misuse/abuse them then it got different meanings, or even being used as attack against different factions.
