Priceless Remembrance Codes Still Valid

Hey all, I am in Japan and stumbled across a sealed copy of "Final Fantasy XI Priceless Remembrance." I had no idea that it comes boxed with codes for in-game items.

Despite their being a warning that the codes expire in November of 2017, I can confirm that THEY DO ACTUALLY STILL WORK. Today is March 26th 2026.

I'm posting this because if you consult the internet, there seems to be confusion on this matter. Some people say the code won't work, and the only other mention is of the code working in March of 2025 (last year).

So, yeah. It still works. They still sell it at the Square Enix Garden store (the only FFXI item in the whole store, sadly).

I was also deeply saddened by this fact, but if you're looking for FFXI merch and are still there you can find some fairly cheap copies of the art books on Amazon.jp and get them delivered to a postal point near your hotel. For me, I had it shipped to a 7/11.

I found some shops sold the FFXI cards, and FFXI plushies in Akhibara, but otherwise found very little FFXI related.

I bought a bunch of copies last year for my main and a few mules, they’re still floating around eBay for £50/$65 or thereabouts if anyone wants to grab one still.

A friend and I each got one of these last year. We can confirm that they certainly do work. Life is better with at Spinet.

Is the code from the Priceless Remembrance Blu-ray 4 or 5 spots? The management site has 5 boxes but mine has 4 sections of number/letters on a slip. I don't remember if I bought it used or not since it's been years.

It just sucks that Rainbow pells are one per character... I've got choice paralysis with mine and just sitting on it

The code is found on the back of the J card. The card inside is just a registration card.

I went with the chocobo hat that turns party members into an egg and then a random-colored baby chocobo.

I recently purchased the 1000 ffxi piece puzzle brand new on eBay in the hope that another code was found inside but sadly only a warranty/missing puzzle piece card is included. I believe the puzzle and the special memorial book sold back then that included rainbow mog pell codes only came through email.

You can only claim one code per character, and some items aren't sendable.

I'm in Shibuya basically every week, so if there's something in the store that people want and we can figure out a way to transfer payment, I'm happy to pick it up.

Shipping is probably likely to be a mess, and possibly expensive, but if you just want the code and want to pay retail price and not a scalped price it's no skin off my nose.

I heard all of the codes don't work anymore though, except this one I guess? I wanted Moss Green Grisaille for the Capacity Points +15% and Murrey Grisaille for the Experience Points +15% (the only furnishings that give that high moglification boost) still. I wish they would release at the Curator Moogle too but that's another story.

I'm unfortunately in the process of moving house, so I packed away the Blu-Ray recently. But if anyone wants a code, let me know. I don't suspect that I will be playing FFXI anytime soon, and I have the DVD packed away.
