Help With POL-5311 Error

I am lost for ideas, I recently had a pet destroy my security token so i went to take off the 1 time password and i got the:

Error code:POL-5311

the square enix ID, square enix password, or one-time password entered is incorrect.


I have tried off and on all day to try to get it to work and have had zero luck. Does anyone have an idea or should I call POL tommorrow when they open? I am unable to log into the SE site to change password since I no longer have a working token.

Any ideas?

hmm did u cancel the account or did you unlink?

It does say that if the token is lost or damaged, that you should call the customer service center^^, they will be able to help you with your probem np :)
