ROMS/Emulators

Anyone know some good, clean and safe emulation/Rom DL sites? I wanna get some emulators/roms for my wifes cell phone.

Extremely cell phone dependent. You'll have to provide the model of the phone and possibly carrier.

Cellular south is the provider

Sadly for android there are too many things in development but from what i can tell there are working emulators/roms for it:

Capcom CPS1
Capcom CPS2
Neo Geo

People claim to be working on ports of nesticle and snes9x though. Sadly blackberry users also seem to be lacking.

The greatest variety and easy of use is for windows mobile phones as well as iphone at this time.

If you google research enough you may find a few hidden gems though.
