I would like some review of my current gearset & expected upgrades for my Paladin

I do most of my XPing working on Shield Skill with FoV in Cape Terrigan. While i can kill solo, I often call my lv70 Fierce Attacker NPC. I supplement this with Campaign Battle, and the occasional XP party.

My final goals with Paladin DO NOT include End Game HNM tanking. The hardest thing i plan to use my Paladin for might be on par with ANNM fights.

With that in mind i would like some input as to any gear I may have missing on my list that would be beneficial. Please add how/why you think the item would help.

I understand that this is a very pointed question and apologize if anything i say comes off as rude.

I'd like to point out your Achievement Ranking is 1337.

Also, more IR gear, Swift Belt, NQ Cerb or Resentment Cape, Askar Hands, Dusk Feet.

IR Gear: These are great pieces, good in every way for PLD. EMN, MDB, +HP.

Swift, Askar, Dusk: Haste for Flash and DD'ing

Cerb or Resentment: Can do w/o, but moar enmity moar better

Get Atonement.

Well I notice you only list one gearset, which is fine at 62 but at higher levels you'll want to have multiple. Even if you do not intend to do a lot of end game, gear sets can allow you to do things you normally could not. I.E I solo VT and some IT mobs pretty easily thanks to them and could not without.

A good start idle set for pld/nin would be:

Koenig shield
lamian bow
Walahra turban (quest)
Parade gorget (quest)
Insomia Earring (ah)
Cassie Earring (ah)
Gallant Surcoat or IR body(af)
Dusk gloves (Ah)
Patronus Ring (campaign)
Hercule's Ring (ah)
Resentment Cape (Tonberry NM)
Warwolf belt or Swift belt
Iron ram legs (campaign)
Dusk feet or Askar feet (ah or nyzul)

Emnity set
Koenig shield
laman Bow
Iron ram helm or adaman helm
Harmonia's Torque
Same earrings as above unless you're rich and want Hades+1
Gallant body or IR body
IR gloves
Hercule's ring
Mermaid's ring
Resentment Cape
Warwolf belt
IR legs
Askar feet

Shield set
Koenig shield
Lamian bow
Koenig helm or Adaman helm depending, koenig is easy to get these days
Shield Torque
Buckler Earring
Cassie Earring
Gallant body or Adaman body

Gallant leggings (+1 if you can)

I had gear simliar to this back in the day had no problem doing HNM/Sea/Limbus/sky so it will work. Hope this helps.

Head: I think Butt ugly describes this. I have W.turban, O.hat & Homam head i think I can avoid this for the most part unless i pick up the full set for -Mdt.
Feet: Not sure where these would be more useful than Homam or Askar (that I would use them), I really have little/no intention of getting them.

-pdt items:
Jelly Ring
Patrounus Ring
I may or may not get these I'm still on the fence as to their usefulness for the space they take up.

+Enm items:
Resentment Cape
Cerberus Mantle
Harmonia's Torque
Mermaid's ring
I probably won't get any of these. I don't plan to be tanking much "end game" so their usefulness is very limited

+Shield Skill:
Shield Torque
Buckler Earring
I may get these for while i skill shield but will not likely keep them after 250+

Other:
Dusk Items
Haste from these can be covered by other items, and i hate movement down... i HATE movement down

Adaman hands or Koenig Hands
I think that I.R.hands will cover the same "slot" as these and will likely have neither.

Koening Shield
I may get this as an alternate to Terror Shield but I'm not sure that it will be significantly more effective, just a cheeper long term alternative to keep

Lamian Kaman
this is a -Mdt item which i don't think i will really need a specific set for, with how I will use my paladin.

As far as multiple gearsets goes I will probably have Haste/DD, Fastcast & Enmity+. The total number of changes between sets will probably be very limited.

had a TM Espadon +1, switched for Glutt. Really haven't noticed a difference. Higher Delay hasn't been much of an issue, and the higher base damage makes me smile occasionally when i drop a 3~400dmg+ Vorpal when i didn't spent TP on Waltz II/Samba/Quickstep
