Friend did 5/5 Ranged 5/5 Magic, Optimization 5/5 Fine-Tuning 5/5, depends on what you do with your PUP

Auto Melee: 3 (ALL frames use melee skill, Very nice for it)
Auto Ranged: 2
Auto Magic: 5

Group 2:
Ventriloquy: 1
Role-Reversal: 1
Fine-Tuning: 3
Optimization: 5

Group 1 :

  • Automaton Melee Skill = usefull for all frame to tp, so 5/5

  • Automaton Ranged Skill = amost only for merit pt since you will need a static camp to tp fast enough, And that will not make any difference in term of dmg/acc so skip it

  • Automaton Magic Skill = Usefull because more skill you have, less resist you will have so 5/5

  • Activate Recast = useless, so skip it

  • Repair Recast = useless, so skip it



Group 2 :

  • Role Reversal = Can save you and your pup, with a short recast, so 1/5

  • Ventriloquy = extremely situational, maybe only to correct mistakes you did, so play well and skip it

  • Optimization = it's the pupmaster's Overwhelm, very very usefull, so 5/5

  • Fine-Tuning = an other usefull merit, so 4/5

Almost similar to mines except I fully merited the Melee instead of Ranged.
Some discussion board encouraged me do this due to the fact our automaton's TP mainly comes from the melee department~

Otherwise, it all depends on what you do. I hardly use the Ranger auto (except when meripo with friends) and mainly focus on soloing puddings and wamouras :D

Also the reason u merit magic skill is not for macc but for bliz4 =/ and Ventriloquy is an amazing tool if u know how to use it
