I'm trying to register another character but I am not getting the verification e-mail. I tried two different e-mails addresses but although the FFXIAH site keeps telling me that it sent the e-mail, I never get it.

I noticed you used a Hotmail address to register. Are you sure it didn't filter the email as junk? We've had some problems with Hotmail accounts and that in the past.

I have another character registered with the same hotmail account and I received the confirmation for it right away.

Has this went through yet? Even if the email notification doesn't work, it should still try to connect the character to your account. What is the char/server you are trying to verify?

Tombraider. Part of the character verification requires that you buy a crystal at a specific price, at least that's what I had to do before with my other two characters.
