I don't even remember Dark Souls having music, I think I was too busy screaming at the TV.

There isn't much music. Makes everything seem even more desolate. Then there's loud, epic music for boss fights.

Yeah, I couldn't hear ***over Gwyn leveling me with his sword.

I was actually kind of disappointed that I didn't catch more music in that game. Given that 80% of my other posts are Armored Core musics, I went into Dark Souls expecting to hear sweet jams.


I should probably browse the OST to see if I missed any gems. I vaguely remember that giant wolf having something at least inoffensive enough that I didn't hate life after attempt 41.

Haven't seen any Xenoblade Chronicles posted since Art's post on release day, so have some Xenoblade.

And for anyone who loves OSTs and doesn't know this already, there's an official complilation of the entire soundtrack available through Dog Ear Records (Uematsu's label). 286 minutes long, absolutely gorgeous music all the way through.
