I got it from a lazy guesstimate.
Take decent monk, add ~ 10 acc for better gear (HQ rings etc) = 70-75% (which is probably about right for a decent NON-Usukane PUP)
I often forget how much acc is on full usukane.
As I said in the post, I was too lazy to figure it all out.
