I Just Lost My Name Topic

I just had a very bad thought... does anyone know if SE cleaned out inactive characters during the transfer? If they did... I'm ***.. I can't activate my ID's until the first...

I lost two mule names. Now to find 2 names that fits with the flower theme I have going on. Also, to remember not to DB anything to those names I lost -_-;

Could you report people taking your name for RMT activities? I know it's not strictly RMTing, but surely it's against the ToS when they openly admit taking it for a profit.

When SE does next to nothing about flat out gil sellers/buyers, I really doubt they're going to do anything about this.

SE does not delete inactive accounts, which is another reason why some ppls names are taken and they dont show up on a search as taken, no point in welcome back vana'd program if they did

I know I would be broken hearted to lose my name and my ls. I think SE could have done a better job sorting this out.

I logged on last night and was forced to change my main name, my 2box character's name, and two of my mules names. Well, one of my mules was intentional... I didn't like her name anymore, so she became roflmaobbq. I was half asleep and apparently it was a good idea >_>

I lost my main's name to someone who hasn't played since 2008, according to ffxiah. I didn't really care too much about my 2box character's name, but it still sucked to have to change it. I've been known as Tuatha for 5+ years, and now poof gone. Biggest annoyance to me is that I'm a pretty fast typer, and sometimes it's easier for me to just type out spells, like /ma warp tuatha, instead of searching for them in my massive spells list. Much to my dismay ffxi gave me an error last night when I typed that, until I remembered that I have to add in an extra letter, now. That's going to be a really massive habit to break, considering I've been doing it for the past few years.

Oh and my social shell's name was taken, too. I've had that shell since 2006. R.I.P. PanicMotion :/ *sigh*
