Bit of an argument going on atm as to what this does. Does it give Racc + Acc or is it just Acc? B/c I am hearing both sides....

I assume no because the attuner has no effect on ranged attack, nor do tension springs.

That is what I was thinking, but some people swear up and down that it goes for RACC too ><
