well imo haste and DA have sort of that same "The more you have the better it gets" and along with a pole grip, merits, and the 10% base it helps in a way.
haste and DA are not the same things i know that so dont comment on the fact that i put them in the same damn sentence

2acc does beat 1% DA if you are not accuracy capped.

Neither are huge, but 2acc is >1% increase in damage and 1% DA is <1% increase in damage with WAR's base DA rate.

Drac, more DA gives more percentage for it to activate right?
and idk 2 acc isnt much to justify over 1 DA for me, im eventually getting dusk or uni's but i dont want to spend the money atm

War af boots are dumb. They do less for you than a Shikaree ring, but for the feet.

Raen is better at this but diminishing returns basically means the more you stack the less of an increase you get whereas haste gets better the more you stack. Feel free to correct me.

The only reason Pole strap and DA merits are good is because there is no haste strap(not to be confused with Delay -), and you can't merit haste.

edit: not sarcasm Aurum and dusk are your best options but you already said you don't plan on either. So if you want to go with the cheapest thing possible that would beat war af1 shoes, as long as your acc is 94% or lower, bounding boots even beat war af1.

Aurum are easy to get if you know a mage friend who can solo cheese hoarder/iriz for you. Just go shout free lot Tomoe and you'll get it done. They have a fairly high drop rate and my pt went 2/2 on both Tomoe and Aurum.
