Honestly good question, only thing I can think of that could would be demons inside Castle Z, S. I'd guess between 300-500 ?

I know the blue gigas in upper delkfutts drop a fair amount. Not sure about the demons.

That would be my best guess.. I don't really recall any Non-NM dropping anywhere near 1k

Not the highest but prolly the most steady amount of gil as far as what you can make per hour farming while grabbing some merits. I use to solo these on BLM. Never seen the Dragon Meat drop as wiki states.
