Kalunga V25: PLD RUN DRK BLU BRD COR.
Recommended Medicine: Panacea, Vile Elixir/+1 (Bazaar Elixirs for PLD and BLU; they'll be curing a lot if MEva Down aura occurs)
Don't knock off aura. He loses access to Incinerating Lahar while aura is up which is very helpful for the DDs. Coordinate WSs that won't 3-step or create Fusion/Light. We used Torcleaver/Resolution, Savage Blade, Expiacion. The only SC that can be made is a 2-step Distortion. No 3-steps or Fusions/Lights are possible. DDs can avoid Fetter damage by standing behind Kalunga near max attack range. Have fun with knockback spam.
Lobby bubbles: Fury (DRK), STR (COR), Refresh (BLU), Refresh (PLD), Focus (RUN)
PLD - Hold adds and cure the party. Prioritize the RUN since the BLU can heal the DDs if needed. It may be difficult to get the 40% add off the DRK. However, by that time Invincible should be safe to use as a tool of getting hate on the 2nd add. The RUN shouldn't lose hate, at least I didn't.
RUN - Kalunga tank. Find a spot to tank where you won't get knockbacked. Open with Armor Break. Entrust Focus/Flabra Rayke/Tropical Crepe/SV Wind Threnody allowed for a fair chance of Armor Break's Defense Down landing at the start of the fight. I didn't have AF+4 MAcc either. Keep Refresh up on PLD and BLU. Searing Serration can potentially 1-shot you if you don't have Vallation or Valiance up, so make sure you reapply at safe times. Try to ride your Valiance timer as your DDs will appreciate it. If MEva Down aura is up, consider walking close up to Kalunga to hit DDs with One For All when Valiance falls, then move back to your wall to keep Fetters from popping on them.
DRK - Ours used Caladbolg and alternated between Torcleaver and Resolution. Fimbulvetr can open the possibility of accidentally 3-stepping and removing Aura which we didn't want to happen. Blood Weapon when 2nd add pops since you'll likely have hate on the add for a while (I honestly don't even know if BW's HP absorption takes effect on V25s. This just came to mind as I was writing up, but if it works, it'd be handy to lower the threat of the 2nd add). Can Soul Enslavement at some point under 40% as well.
BLU - Expiacion. Assist healing the DDs with White Wind if needed. Unbridled Wisdom Carcharian Verve and Diffusion Mighty Guard at the start, or consider a max SIRD White Wind set. Fulltime AoE Mighty Guard the whole fight with the help of RD/WC.
BRD - Honor March, Minuet x3, Dirge on DDs. Minnes/Ballads on PLD. Wind Threnody/Requiem on Kalunga while SV T/N's up at the start. Can either help DD or focus on reapplying dispelled RUN songs (March/Ballad/Carol, whatever the RUN's request) or a mix of both depending on your group's needs. Our BRD didn't DD at all but we still managed to beat it.
COR - Savage Blade. Crooked Chaos/Samurai rolls. Use RD/WC for resetting Diffusion and Last Resort. |

From yesterday, to today, I went down one rank. Are they adjusting it on the fly?
There are some things you can do that lower your rank. Known ones are:
1. Losing the Medal of Altana by changing allegiance in the shadowreign zones
2. Possibly switching title away from Fulmination Disrupter (VD Ramuh)
Can you explain the Ramuh thing? I was going thru my titles and noticed I was missing some HTMB VD titles that the NPC says I have Honors on, and was sure I'd beaten.
The titles "Champion of the Dawn" (WotG mission) and "Fulmination Disrupter" (VD Ramuh) have spots on title NPCs (per the title inverter), but something about the tracking is messed up and they are never selectable even if you've gotten them before. |

I 3boxed for a while rotating chests and saw several 5ks on the alt that was uncapped and only one 5k on the other alt before it capped. While this is anecdotal, I did cap the points on said alt from an ??? And it read something like 2360 as i was within 3k on that character. Stands to reason you won't see the 5k if you're capped.

Did the servers shut down between the first and last opening? I highly suspect the zone the 5k is in per character is randomized on server reboot, just like HQ king windows reset back in the day. |

the cap goes up by 3k when you open a chest, so I would not be surprised if it just says 3k on a 5k chest if you are already capped. especially given you got so many matter drops on the capped chest openings.
I've never let my points get capped though so I can't be sure.

i'm not sure i'll full time it, but around rank7 i think it starts becoming highly competitive for most WS sets unless you have a max +2 sortie earring or a capped Alabaster?

Did you have both GP items, effectively making you 90? I had the same issue where I couldn't craft a stall despite handing in the veteran rank item because I wasn't effectively 90. Iirc getting advanced synthesis allowed me to craft the stall at that point.
In other news, finally finished all GP items. Slightly annoying that some of the 150k GP items fit on the stall but not all of them, so after way too long of trying to fit everything in one picture and dress up all the mannequins:
The crafting to 88 and deleveling wasn't even the worst part - but you can take a cool pic with all the stalls, aprons, and accessories. |

Yep that's exactly what mine looked like, only with Smithing as the final 110 haha. I actually left them uncapped for a bit but when I was making some material (lumber I think) it deranked me from 110 and I was like "Okay, that's annoying, I'll cap them". Side benefit of stopping every guild master from screaming at me every conversation about having too many crafts lol.

Plagiarism is a staple of hip hop. DJs looping the breaks of other people's records and MCs rapping over it. Diddy is notorious(see what I did there) for lifting entire sections of already hit songs and sprinkling some drums or a high hat underneath. Dre at least re-recorded segments of songs that inspired him so it wasn't carbon copy.

I was building gp up for each craft beforehand before starting the leveling/deleveling process for the last titles on each, so I never got to that point

takopi's original sin was an excellent anime adaptation of the manga. right number of episodes, right pacing, and great translation of the moments that are hard to get right when adapting material like takopi

Weab culture is weaboo culture. Hence the short hand for weaboo would be weab. Weaboos are Americans obsessed with Japanese culture. The type that thinks Attack on Titan was good or acts like Evangelion is gospel. Evangelion was nothing but a bunch of convoluted ***. The type to go visit Japan. The Gaijin's they hate so much because they're often obnoxious and disrespectful of their traditional cultural beliefs.
Weeb is short for dweeb. Effectively nerd culture. Nerd culture is the kids that would otherwise be normies, but because weaboos had become pop culture they tried to reclaim it as if watching Naruto isn't a guilty pleasure. A guilty pleasure is when you like something, but you don't like talking about it because it's weird to normal people. Like playing Super Monkey Ball on the Nintendo Gamecube. Weebs are like the youtuber NCHammer. The type to have watched Crunchy roll's full catelog because they didn't pirate them from Japan as they were airing on tv like weabs did.
So to break it down:
Weab is a westerner that simps for Japan, a poser of Japanese culture.
A weeb is another level of poser. The younger brother of weaboos basically.
If you didn't know the difference or didn't care, then you're normal. |
