I did the spot the difference game a few times and only got roast turkey despite it being on the list on the pol news post
Anyone got any recommendations for quick mini games?
I don't think this rewards a key despite the article suggestions unless I am doing something wrong
I posted this in the other thread, takes less than 5 minutes.
For alts you should be able to start the Giftgiving event (with the Smilebringers) to get a key.
Steps:
Buy a Dream Hat from the in town Moogle vendor for 10,000 gil
Equip Dream Hat
Speak to Smilebringer. gives 'Present for the kiddies' (kiddie present)
Trade the kiddie present to a child NPC in the zone
-in game message "You've brought barrelfuls of joy to the children of Vana'diel!"
Teleport to another city via Smilebringer
#FES key is placed in inventory prior to zoning.

dump bags as in:
\addons\organizer\data\settings.xml
You said you wanted to keep gear accessible, but it makes sense that you keep gear for jobs you don't play as frequently in safe/2/locker. I was mostly asking for clarity.
Except this is not happening as you are describing it should work.
Change to BLU (this could be any job I routinely use)
Do //org freeze - take snapshot of gear
Change on SMN
>>SMN gear is rarely used, it sits in safe/2/locker to have spare inventory accessible in the field
Do //gs org - pulls gear from safe/2/locker
Change back to BLU
Do //org organize
Expectation is that SMN gear will be moved back to Safe/2/Locker per the snapshots taken while on BLU, but SMN gear is being moved to Sack/Satchel/Case. Nothing is moved to Safe/2/Locker.
My inner Kojak is telling me something isn't right here...

You can. Just do hard mode with the dream mittens, dream mittens +1, and the orchestion or the bastok piece of it out of storage.
It's a really fast way to get the key assuming you are decent at shell games.

Isn't there something like a condo board that can be voted out or at least hung? I believe they were all changed 2 years ago. Go from one corrupt entity to another.

I did this on my main and a mule, got Enstone 2, (may have been 1, can confirm later) and an Ingot (not a fancy one), can also confirm later which specifically. But the more important point, is i tried the Bastok Mini game, got the Mitts, then mitts +1, tried hard mode once and got a key. On mule, tried the same thing, got all event items, tried the Windurst Mini game hard mode 3 times and got the key on the 3rd try.
Unsure if you can only get keys from the hard mode Mini games, or if normal can give them as well. Will mess around more with it tonight.

Good call bro ^.^ now it is working after unloading gearswap.
I thought so.
Just curious why you are mixing gearswap with vanilla macros in this way. Gearswap can define preshot and midshot sets perfectly so that it does this automatically for you. In such a case, your macro only needs to be /ra <t> and nothing more. It handles preshot, midshot, aftershot (idle), and even Double Shot scenarios. The set of instructions I listed earlier assumed you were a vanilla only user, because you wouldn't normally mix equipsets with gearswap together unless it was for a specific purpose (like forcing a certain set to always* equip when you do an action regardless of gs configuration).
Just for your information, gearswap conflicts with equipsets in many cases, so they can't be used universally together. Either use one or the other, unless you're familiar enough with the game to know how to build sets around it.
I turned it on by mistake , I'm using vanila macros but did not face an issue like this before, but thank you for noticing it ^.^.

when i tried the below it took 6 seconds to shoot, velocity and hover wear not active.
/equipset snapshot <wait 1>
/shoot <t>
/equipset midshot <wait 1>
/echo fire away
I can't see how. You begin the process in your snapshot set. One second later, you shoot (in your snapshot set), then instantly equip your midshot set for the process of completing your shot. There should not be any 6 seconds here, as you get the full benefit of your snapshot at the beginning of your shot.
I tried this below and it worked but as you said it won't work if rapid shot worked, so should I add wait also for snapshot set?
/equipst snapshot <wait 1>
/ra <t> <wait 1>
/equipset midshot <wait 1>
You don't need the wait after /ra <t>. Again, the purpose of waits is to delay your equipsets. In Vanilla, you cannot equip two equipsets back to back without at least a one second delay. In FFXI, Macros fire all lines simulataneously, so having 2 equipsets in an entire macro (in any line) without a wait will cause the second one to fail to equip.
Do this
/equipst snapshot <wait 1> --you begin your shooting in snapshot 70, no way your shot wont be instant
/ra <t> --shooting animation begins
/equipset midshot --midshot is equipped before your firing ends
Also, just so I am sure as to your setup and how you could possibly be encountering any issues, are you using 100% vanilla, or are you using gearswap with vanilla?

Good to know, thank you.
That does not sound like a US layout, backslash is above the enter key and share a key with the pipe | And / is on my # key which is right next to Enter, thats * on a physical US Keyboard.
Idk why this is such a mess, but the binding of / works fine with the escape character added to the bind command.

I'm going with something relating to Central, given the way every other limbus subsection is labeled.
Nexus - Noun:
1) Connection, Link
2) A connected group or series
3) Center, Focus
----
Nexus - Noun:
The core connection between a group or system of things
----
Nexus:
A nexus is a central link or connection. If you happen to be at the nexus of something, you are right in the middle of it, like standing in the middle of an intersection.
(It would just bug me if CN was literally just Central, because Temenos already has a central. Back when it was CS in Apollyon I assumed, "Center Space." Ah screw it, it is now Critical Narnia.)

A good target to try this on would be something like Shinryu HTBF or any monster who WSs at will but does not require TP. I say Shinryu because it will use a TP move every 2-3 seconds if it is not a melee swipe attack, or every other round of attacks (4-6 seconds). It's also highly vulnerable to enfeebles. Unless he's immune to Amnesia, Unleash > Pentapeck. If it does not use a TP move for a full minute, it's landing as expected, otherwise its either immune or highly resistant.
Would be interesting if the land rate on this move is 100%, but at 3 charges, it's limited (though with a full 25 second Amnesia at full TP, that could be close enough to getting your 3 charges back, or a good start to a zerg without having to face any TP moves).

/equipst snapshot
/ra <t> <wait 1>
/equipset midshot <wait 2>
I think doing this like this will make you shot in preshot most of the time when you proc Rapid shot. Every time when you use Velocity shot.
For something like Pinaka with 524 delay, just snapshot puts you at 157.2 Delay. Any Rapid shot proc above 28% will result on aiming delay shorter than 1 sec. Velocity shot with empy body will always result in aiming delay below 1sec.

It does fix the problem if it's dgvoodoo, it does for me. The problem is there are lots of other issues, for instance reshade cause also cause problems and I believe there is also a problem where the save directory is setup wrong.
try changing file type to other things like jpg too

Again, your waits are WAY too long.
Here's how many general macros work which are fine (except for Rapid shot procs):
/equipset snapshot
/shoot <t> <wait 1>
/equipset midshot <wait 1>
/equipset melee/idle/whatever I want to be in.
If you're shooting too fast (having rapid shot in the set, overkill is up, etc.) I would recommend that Buukki suggested:
/shoot <t>
/equipset midshot <wait 1>
/equipset snapshot <wait 1>
/echo fire away
Your macro is sitting in midshot for FIVE SECONDS. That is way too long. It will fire in 1 or <1 second. You are spending (at least) 5x as long as you need to in your shooting set.
Also: if you shoot ~3 seconds after your /echo shoot, you will get an error because your /equip idle was just put on.
Either: you're gonna shoot again -> you shouldn't equip idle
OR
You are done shooting and want to get back into idle -> You should equip idle set WAY quicker. Something like:
/equipset snapshot
/shoot <t> <wait 1>
/equipset midshot <wait 1>
/equipset idle
